This nautically themed restaurant at the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar has two levels with sweeping ocean views and Mediterranean cuisine.
The roof of beige, sail-like shapes creates an open-air feeling, while affording protection from the sun and sea mist. Executive Chef Jean Pierre Rivault, formerly of Le Provence and the Westin Regina Los Cabos, has crafted a mouth-watering menu full of the aromas of southern France that will not disappoint those in search of something a little different.
For starters, the Shrimp Ravioli with spinach is light and savory. Entrées are a diverse mix. For something different try the Tunisian Fish and Seafood Couscous with mint and lime or choose from their fine selection of seafood and meat entrées including a succulent Rack of Lamb, prepared with herbs, mint and mustard.
