Is a Mexican company founded in July 2004 in the city of Puebla, and having operations across the States of Puebla and Tlaxcala since the date aforementioned.

Compania Urbanistica del Centro S.A. de C.V. has a concrete and professional system allowing us to provide the best service for solving any maintenance and conservation needs of real estates and infrastructures.
Some of our clients are part of the Government of the States of Puebla and Tlaxcala, among them there are banks such as Banamex, Bancomer, Inverlat, Banco Santander Mexicano, Banorte, as well as Restaurants, Government Clients, Private Constructions, Etc. We satisfy their needs regarding maintenance and conservation of their real estates.
Our client list also includes Burger King, Oxxo, Tecnologico de Monterrey, Italian Coffee, Bmw, Buap, Etc. An important number of satisfactorily assisted clients and a great number of operations made support us.

Our organization has a Quality Management System orientated to obtaining the following goals:

- To make sure Quality Policy is understood, implanted and maintained at all levels in the company, and compliance is documented.
- To promote General Management commitment with respect to Quality Management System.
- To train, motivate and involve all personnel in the development of the Quality Management System.
- To keep in touch permanently with the clients, collaborating together in improving the final result and evaluating their satisfaction level.
- To understand present and future needs of the clients, to satisfy their requirements and to strive to exceed their expectations.
- To try a fully participative quality management, taking advantage of the personnel’s skills.

The following Quality Policy will be maintained and reviewed periodically. It will be notified to all employees and provided to the client.
Quality Manual is the document, where philosophy and guidelines of Quality Management System are stated. These are developed in different procedures and process files referred by such system.
The company’s Quality Committee establishes goals every year according to the Quality Policy, as well as results of previous year and its continuous improvement commitment.

All persons belonging to Compania Urbanisitca del Centro S.A. de C.V., and basically the persons in charge of performing activities regarding the Quality Management System are responsible for complying with standards established in such System.
The General Management of Compania Urbanisitca del Centro S.A. de C.V., delegates to the Quality Manager the implementation and fulfillment verification of the Quality Management System, for which he/she will have the necessary authority and initiative.
The General Management will provide all necessary resources for achieving goals established.
