The Cleanup Continues in Downtown Cabo San Lucas after Tropical Storm Lidia.
Update 02 September 2017, 06:26 pm MST.
The clean up process for downtown Cabo San Lucas is underway to restore the area and remove the sand and debri left by Tropical Storm Lidia. Many of the traffic lights are now working. The local police are closing sections of streets, and diverting traffic, to allow the use of machinery and trucks to speed up the process.
Many restaurants are ready to re-open but all restaurants must wait for the inspection and approval from local Health Department, or Proteccion Civil.
The local fire department was unloading bottled water to help those in need during this time.
