* Once the quote and plans are approved, a construction program is presented with every single aspect of the construction outlined.
* Preliminary conceptual interior design that would give us and idea on the cost per square foot.
* We then design the construction process in terms of time and budget.

* During this stage the final quote per sq ft is developed, which is delivered to you once the plans are completely finished.
* Architectural preliminary plans necessary for approval.
* The making of the plans necessary to build: architectural, structural, hydraulic, a/a, sanitary, gas, landscape, interior design, tiling, carpentry, irrigation system.
* We then supervise the totality of the construction process.
