Cabo Pig Roasters Barbecue Pit offers a unique experience: tasty, specialty menus designed around real BBQgrilling, roasting, and smokinggreat food, and extremely affordable prices.
Our whole pigs (from suckling to adult) are local, organically ranch grown, without hormones, marinated and prepared 24 hours prior to being slow-roasted a minimum of 12 hours. Low- and slow-cooking and smoking ensure juicy, tender, and flavorful meats. Our ribs are slow-smoked for at least six hours, and chickens at least 4 hours.
We offer a good selection of cuts and meats, our own special homemade marinades, sauces, dips, and recipes, utilizing classic flavors and infusing with fresh local and regional ingredients. All rubs, sauces, salsas, and food are homemade and NOT from a box or bottle!
