About the Broker (Ana Maria Sanabria)
Ana Maria Sanabria Collantes is a native of Mexico City. Her major was in Hotel Administration at the Intercontinental University from 1980-1984. She deservedly earned a diploma in Real Estate at Intercontinental University in 1995 as a result of an 8 months specialization course.
Ana Maria started her real estate career in 1985 when she became the head administrator for a family-owned development presided by her father, who at the time happened to be a full-time land speculator who used his business skills to morph potential opportunity into profitable business endeavors by selling residential lots in the states of Morelos and Guerrero. During this stage, she functioned mainly as administrative manager of this family enterprise until 1995, when she concluded her diploma course in real estate. She then went on to furthering her expertise, pursuing a career by starting her own business headquartered in Mexico City, while at the same time overseeing all sales and marketing efforts of family-owned land lots in Morelos and Guerrero.
