Toast Time - Cocktail Hour Big cosmopolitan cities such as New York, Paris, Milan, Beautiful Mexico City, etc. posses those especific spots where some of the drinks had acquired the title of "Classics". Blue Agave has the intention to create one of those magical spots here in Cabo San Lucas, where the family or the friends can hang around after the daily labors or the office hours. Blue Agave, withs is nice, cool decoration will delight our senses and its charming service will help to relax and enjoy the beauty of a friendly evening. |

We have a variety of more than 25 martinis to offer to our clients. We use different classes of Vodka, such as Kettle One, Stolichnaya and Grey Goose. We can prepare frezzing drinks with sparkling wines and fruits of the season to face the hot season of the desert. We prepare the famous "Blue Agave", Tequila, Controy and Blue Curaçao. The "Alma Especial", with vanilla stolichnaya, cacao cream, carnation milk and the special Alma syrup, (invented by Alma, our waitress) a young, enterprising woman.

We have light snacks such as goat cheese turnovers with bell peppers sauce, brie cheese wrapped in pinenuts, "Serrano" Ham with watermelon slices, Scallop Ceviche with a little touch of "habanero" Chili, Olives stuffed with blue cheese. Now, to enjoy your coffee or tea, Our Chefs, Maria and Maria Elena, prepare one of the best black and white chocolate cake you ever tried, or the cheese cake, or Tiramisu, original recipe from the Italian Claudio Bataglia. They have an extensive reputation as cooking masters, 15 years working in the past for Alfonso's Restaurant, and now they make delicious creations for you in our delightful Blue Agave.
Of course we have live music, with Gustavo and Felix, long time musicians in the Baja. The can play Jazz, Blues, Rock, Ballads, etc. In sopme occasions, when our audience is asking for, Ana, our waitress and also an excellent performer and a music teacher, stands up on the stage and delight us with Mexican melodies from the heart. The service for the restaurant at lunch time is from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. For dinner, from5:00 to 11:00 pm. The bar is open all day long. Music from 7 to 11 pm from monday to saturday. |
