The sushi menu here is worth mentioning too, filled with specialty rolls and sashimi. An absolute must-try for sashimi fans is the Baja Cantina version. The plate comes covered with generous cuts of white fish, tuna, salmon, crab and shrimp, topped with sesame seeds and cream. Prefer your fish cooked? The lemon pepper fish is zesty and light. Meat eaters will rave about the Mignon pepper, imported USDA beef accompanied by steamed zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and fresh basil, plus a sweet potato mash. The grilled chicken breast is seasoned to perfection with dill, rosemary, garlic, white wine and peppers, plus grilled vegetables. Vegan diners are happily accommodated.
