A pet-friendly eatery located on a prime piece of land right on Cabo´s Playa Médano, this spacious, casual eatery offers a nice selection of tasty items for body-conscious diners, as well as a slew of other delicious entrees that are just plain scrumptious, all ranging from $18 US to $34 US. Starters include the Caesar salad for two ($15 US) with Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons, and a homemade Caesar dressing, all made right at your table. Another winner is the Caprese salad: a petite tower of bright tomatoes, thick slices of mozzarella cheese, and basil, all drizzled with a perfectly-mixed oil and vinegar sauce.
The sushi menu here is worth mentioning too, filled with specialty rolls and sashimi. An absolute must-try for sashimi fans is the Baja Cantina version. The plate comes covered with generous cuts of white fish, tuna, salmon, crab and shrimp, topped with sesame seeds and cream. Prefer your fish cooked? The lemon pepper fish is zesty and light. Meat eaters will rave about the Mignon pepper, imported USDA beef accompanied by steamed zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and fresh basil, plus a sweet potato mash. The grilled chicken breast is seasoned to perfection with dill, rosemary, garlic, white wine and peppers, plus grilled vegetables. Vegan diners are happily accommodated.
Enjoy your selections in the sand, shaded by large umbrellas, or gaze at the stars while seated on the elevated patio while enjoying wireless Internet service. MC and Visa accepted. Kitchen open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., with the beach lounge open until 1 a.m. Friday through Sunday.
