They went so far above and beyond what we had originally anticipated and were really so much more than just a planner. They were so easy to work with, did anything we asked and more, and are unbelievably reasonable with their fee. There is no way we could have pulled off the wedding and all the wedding events without them, and all of our guests remarked time and time again how it was the best wedding they have ever gone to (and it was largely a success because of our planners' efforts). The other thing that I should mention is that we live in New York, so we did everything via email with the planners, because we only went down for a few site visits. I was really worried at first that this was going to be a problem, because I'm really particular about what I like and don't (and was worried I might show up and have nothing be what I really wanted), but everything was even better in the end than I'd hoped for -- so you can 100% rely on them to be your proxy! I really could not have done it all without them and they were SO patient, and honest, and just all around good people who can be trusted and who have your best interest at heart . . . . which is so comforting when you're dealing with all these vendors who are far away and don't necessarily have a personal connection to you that you can rely on. But they're the BEST! I wouldn't have changed a thing :)

As Dan and I began our search for wedding coordinators in the San Jose del Cabo area, the number of options that appear on the Internet overwhelmed us. We had never visited the Baja, so we were particularly nervous and searching for someone who’s services would allow a partnership in planning. We narrowed our search and contacted several who seem to provide the services that we would require.
Our decision was made after our very first conversation with Illeana. She was eager to work with us and to make our dream wedding a reality. She was delightful and creative. Her expertise and dependability made Dan and I feel like we were working with a friend. Dan and I trusted her completely and felt relaxed in doing so. Planning our destination wedding was no longer a daunting task. We were excited by the wonderful ideas and suggestions they offered, as we watched our visions come to life. Illeana and Luba covered every detail, including working with a newly renovated hotel and all the local vendors.
