Archer Arquitectos is a group of architects that started about 10 years ago, Silvestre Arce and Julio Miguel Herrera, both graduated architects and 100% natives from Cabo San Lucas had the idea and the need of creating a company that could not only offer a better service, but can also offer a responsible compromise with the community and the clients.
Archer Arquitectos have a variety of projects such as, residential homes, sales offices, and commercial buildings; most of the projects are in Cabo San Lucas, as well as in the new development in Puerto Los Cabos, and The Pedregal.
What
started
as a
concept
it
has
developed
into
a
solid
team
that
now
offers
services
like
property
management
under
the
assistance
of
Lic.
Jose
de
Santiago
and
graphic
design
with
LDG.
Mara
Zapiain.
These
Arquitects
also
have
their
own
carpentry
shop,
that
way
they
have
full
quality
control
and
can
meet
datelines
in
time.
The
need
to
meet
higher
standards
has
made
the
team
to
become
a
selected
group
of
workers
that
are
chosen
based
on
their
experience,
skills,
and
the
will
to
perform
their
job
in
the
best
way.
Both
architects
have
the
patience
to
transmit
the
concept
and
their
knowledge
to
their
crew,
so
that
they
can
understand
every
project
as
they
conceive
